Location

🚗 By car: From both north and south, take the Follonica Est exit from the SS1 Aurelia. Follow the signs for “Follonica centro” and then for “Lungomare di Levante.” After about 5 minutes you will find Via Spiaggia di Levante 26. The house is located right on the beach, easily recognizable by its Mediterranean style and the light color of the façade.

🚆 By train: The Follonica train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Once outside, head towards the sea and follow the seafront eastward.

🅿️ Parking: It is possible to park freely in the adjacent streets or in the public parking areas along Via Litoranea, otherwise the following parking areas will be available:

• Parcheggio ex Ilva: approximately 10–15 minutes on foot - free
• Piazza 25 Aprile: approximately 8–12 minutes on foot - €2.00/hour
• Piazza Nassiryia / Via Apuania: approximately 12–15 minutes on foot - free
• Parcheggio Mercato del Venerdì / Via Massetana: approximately 15–20 minutes on foot - generally free

🏖️ Walking from the center: From the pedestrian zone in the city center, it takes only 5–10 minutes of walking along the beach to reach the property directly.
